Helmut Skull is the fourth opponent in Power Punch II.
Helmut Skull is a palette swap of 9763 Borg, with most of his body and robotic parts colored purple, and his right arm taking a skeletal yellow appearance. His face is also yellow and skull-like, and he wears a hat and goggles similar to an aviation cap.
