This is a list of characters appearing in Punch-Out!! medias whose role is considered not important enough to give them their own article. For unseen characters, see Mentioned but Unseen Characters.
Arm Candy[]

Arm Candy is a character in the game Arm Wrestling. She serves as the referee, giving a signal to start each match. If the player touch any control before she gives the signal while results in a foul; two fouls in the same match will cause the game to end.
Audience[]
The audience consist of a group of people wich assist the match, they have appeared in all games of the series, with the exception of Arm Wrestling and Doc Louis's Punch-Out!! (though they are possibly heard in the former).
In Punch-Out!! (NES), some members of the crowd will do a small animation wich will hint to the player to do a certain action at a certain moment, helping them in the fight :
- In Bald Bull's first fight, a camera will produce a small light, indicating when the player has to punch him in order to counter his Bull Charge.
- In Piston Honda's second fight, a bearded man will tilt his head when Piston is about to do his Piston Rush. If the player does a punch at that moment, Piston will be knocked out.
- In Bald Bull's second fight, the bearded man will once again tilt his head, indicating when to counter his Bull Charge.
- In Super Macho Man's fight, someone in the audience will at some point remove their sunglasses, indicating when to dodge the single clothesline.
Blond boxer[]

A short, blond boxer appears on the poster of the arcade game Super Punch-Out!!, right behind the arcade cabinet. His identity is unclear, as the Challenger, Bear Hugger, Dragon Chan and Vodka Drunkenski also appears on this poster, and his appearance doesn't match Great Tiger or Super Macho Man, the two remaining boxers.
Donkey Kong Jr.[]
Donkey Kong Jr. is a recurring character in the Donkey Kong franchise. He is Donkey Kong's son. He makes a cameo in the audience of the arcade games Punch-Out!! and Super Punch-Out!! alongside Mario, Luigi and Donkey Kong.
Glass Joe's Doctor[]

In Glass Joe's Title Defense slideshow, he goes to a doctor who prescribes him with a headgear so he cannot suffer head injuries anymore. He is mentioned in one of Glass Joe's Title Defense intermission quotes, which is "Mon docteur a déclaré que tu es mauvais pour ma santé" (meaning "My doctor said that you are bad for my health").
Luigi[]
Luigi is a major character in the Super Mario franchise. He is Mario's twin brother, and often appears as the second playable character in games. He makes a cameo in the audience of the arcade games Punch-Out!! and Super Punch-Out!! alongside Mario, Donkey Kong and Donkey Kong Jr. He is also referenced by name in SNES Super Punch-Out!! in Bear Hugger's Best Time.
In the modern version of the Game & Watch game Boxing, Luigi appears as the playable character.
Scientists[]

In Soda Popinski's Title Defense slideshow, two scientists create an elixir making the boxer much stronger.
