The World Circuit takes place in a royal colosseum with a black and orange tile floor, a neon grid for displaying the round number, carvings of the boxers in the World Circuit on the walls, a purple ring with yellow ropes, green lasers, red curtains, large LED screens that say World Circuit in the rafters, large colosseum statures, pink, orange & purple lights around the arena, large red tassels and a statue of a boxer, presumably Mr. Sandman, the division's champion.

Rule Infractions[]

As per the unified rules of boxing established by the Association of Boxing Commissions and Combat Sports:

  • The World Circuit uses a 3 round rule and a 1 round rule (Super Punch-Out only). Professional boxing uses a 12 round rule making this illegal.
  • In Punch-Out Wii, the World Circuit takes place in a heavily decorated colosseum. Professional boxing takes place in regular arenas and the only type of decoration they have is two banners or LED boards displaying the boxers in the match (not counting broadcast graphics) and LED screens in rafters of the arena making this arena unprofessional for professional boxing to take place in.
